The beginning of my birthday celebrations..❤

So yesterday I started my birthday celebrations with my best friend, Giselle. We went to our favourite cupcake place (in Sheffield), called Fancie. If you have't heard of these then I suggest you do some research on them or if you live in Sheffield, go get a cupcake! They have so many lovely flavours and different specials on each today. When we went yesterday, I had a scrummy Batternberg cupcake. These cupcakes are the best in Sheffield, perhaps even in Yorkshire *their pretty good*. It was literally the best cupcake EVER. Giselle rang up the cupcake place last week and asked if I could have a candle in my cupcake... she's literally the cutest friend ever!!

For any of you who know Sheffield, this particular Fancie cafe where we go is on Sharrowdale road, behind Ecclesal road. On each table they have games for people to play whilst eating cake! *told you it's cute* On our table was connect four, which obviously neither of us won oops.

So whilst it's still pretty chilly outside, i'm dressing like i'm in Ibiza and this is what I wore yesterday.

I am still obsessed with my kimono from good old Primark and also the necklace, it's so big and I'm in love with statement jewellery right now! My skirt is a lime green colour although it looks yellow in the top picture as the lighting was orange not natural. Ps: my stomach looks massive in this photo *boo*.

Anyway, i'm rambling now.

Hope you all have a lovely week

busy busy busy!

This week has been so busy, I haven't had time to blog *boo*.
My boyfriend has been in Sheffield to visit me for a few days and I've started my job at H&M which I absolutely loveeeeee! and it's been my mum's birthday.

So what have I been doing? Me and the boyfriend went to the cinema twice in two days to watch two kids films *we're big kids*.. Despicable me 2 and Monsters University which were both so so funny!! I recommend everyone see's these films are you will be laughing and suitable for any age.

I have started my job at H&M this week and all I can say is I love it. I work in the kids section which is generally one of the quieter sections but it's fun although a challenge learning how the company works.

I haven't really taken any photos this week but here are the few that I did take.

I have this hairstyle for work once in a while when I work in my mum's pub. It's basically how it looks, a bun with a plait either side going into the bun. It's a simple hairstyle that took a few minutes to create.

First day at H&M!

Cinema with the boyfriend:)

Mum's birthday outing then work in the evening.
(Sorry for the awful camera quality)

So although I am working this weekend, I plan on reviewing some new products (obviously from H&M) that I purchased this week.

Peace.

Outfit post.. ♥♥

I'm in a very excited mood because my boyfriend is coming over to mine for a few days yaaaay! I have a few busy days ahead with starting my new job at H&M and my mum's birthday so thought I would create a few posts in advance

So today, I went on a 5 mile run this morning then went to Meadowhall with my mum to buy some more soft pastels/chalks and a few bits. I'm the sort of person who when buys something, wants to wear it straight away so today I wore my Tweetie Pie t-shirt (Primark £6), necklace from Internationale and tube skirt from H&M with black tights and lovely coral shoes (Primark). Here's a piccie. Also, has anyone noticed how mucky my mirror is? *oops*

Hair chalk post coming up...

The sun is out☀

Outfit post

As a fashion freak, I'm forever searching the internet for the perfect summer outfit and with the sun shining for more than two days up north, this calls for an outfit post!

Printed leggings are a must have this season. With so many different prints, they are extremely versatile and can be dressed up for the evening or casually for the day. These are my favourite leggings ever *so pretty*. I love the colours and teaming them with similar coloured accessories brings out the beautiful colours in them. Voodoo girl as well as Mr GuGu & Miss Go are amazing for printed leggings at affordable prices!

Statement necklaces have to be the accessory of the year. They can brighten up any outfit within a flash. With such a wide variety from spikes to flowers and chains, there's a statement necklace for everyone *they also come in many colours*. This necklace is a mere £7.99 from New Look and if you are like me, you'll get 10% student discount!

Flower headbands/crowns are lovely for the summer. They can make an outfit look complete and with many varieties and sizes at affordable prices, they are a perfect accessory. With celebs including Alexa Chung and Pixie Lott styling the floral crowns, the trend is growing considerably!

I hope you liked this post! This is my first fashion post and will be plenty more to come! Feedback comments welcome
