Wednesday wishlist: Missguided

After seeing a few posts on Instagram from bloggers wearing missguided items, I usually end up looking on the missguided website for them and buying them! It's a really bad habit I know but least promoting items does work! So here I have created a wish list of all the products I want/will probably end up purchasing within the next few months.

Bralets are a key fashion item this summer. They are very versatile and can be worn for festivals, holidays, nights out and days out! They can also be worn with EVERYTHING! I like to team brawlers with high waisted shorts but they can be worn with skirts for a night out, joggers for a sports luxe outfit or bikini bottoms for a more relaxed look at the beach. Here are my two favs... I love the designs and black and white goes with everything!

White lace:
Black strappy:

The main trend of summer 2014 has been coords. If you follow fashion, you probably have quite a few. They come in all different designs and styles, from spaghetti strap tops to t-shirt tops with shorts or skirts. Here are my two favs from missguided.

The thing I love most about these are the colours. I am obsessed with Pom poms right now so the left one is perfect! I also have a love of bright bold colours. These can be worn down for a casual look teamed with a denim jacket and sandals or worn with heels and a blazer for a more evening look.

Pom Pom:

Finally, autumn is coming so I am on the hunt for a perfect autumn coat. I like to have one jacket with a hood and one colourful. I am desperate for these coats!

These are really versatile and again, can be worn during the day or for night. I love the minty blue shade, which I'd wear more in September/October time and I'd wear the caramel shade for the winter days or for going out in the evenings. If I could have one item, it'd have to be one of these coats. LOVE! They are also very true to size (a friend told me) and a really comfy. They also last rather than disintegrate over time, which is excellent! Thumbs up for these beauties.

Feeling five..

I've had these floral dungarees for a while now but not had the confidence to wear them as I feel like I'm at that awkward stage in life when if I wear something too childish I'll look like a young child but if I wear clothing that is too grown up I look like a child wearing heels! And today I got over that and wore these out for the first time. I absolutely adore the pattern of these dungarees from Primark! I can't remember the price as I bought them a while ago but £9 springs to mind. You can also get them in all different patterns too! Definitely a beaut bargain statement piece for your summer wardrobe!

I teamed the dungarees with a basic white t-shirt, my black birkenstock style sandals from H&M and my cute topshop necklace. Please excuse me in the photos, I shoved my hair up so I look like a boy!!

Thanks for reading!

Sale shopping!

I may have an addiction to shopping but I cannot stand sales! When everything is jumbled up and all over the floor, it's not very shoppable and I hate it. So recently I've been doing my sale shopping online, with the odd exception like my Primark necklace (featured below).

H&M have had their best sale ever. They've had some beautiful items online, that are now stored in my wardrobe (woops). I purchased this lovely palm tree print tunic dress for just £4 (I paid £3 with my discount), but how lovely is this print!

I know this is probably supposed to be worn on a beach over a bikini but I wore this yesterday in town with black shorts and a strapless top underneath. The material is so light that it's just perfect for this warm weather we're having at the moment.... and also perfect if your lucky enough to be jetting away this year (I like me). It's still online now in the sale at £4, and it comes it all different colours and prints. I had to buy this in plain black when I was in my local h&m yesterday and it's such a perfect key summer item!

Next are these sunglasses from Matalan.

They have baby pink arms... if that's what you call them... with a metallic finish to the lens, which I love! These were only £2! I wanted to buy a few pairs to stock up!! The main reason I love is because they are the perfect fit and when being worn, everything through the lens is still the same colour as when your not wearing glasses. I cannot stand sunglasses making the world around me look really dark and grey! So at £2, these are a purchase of the month!

My next purchase is this dress from H&M..... £3!

Who doesn't love a good aztec dress, at a very cheap price! This is lovely to just throw on when you can't be bothered to get dressed in a morning! I wore this to clumber park as it's really light and I wanted to get my legs out for the sun.

And finally, this perfect bargain necklace from Primark.
I love Primark's limited edition range! When I saw this stunner down from £8 to just £3 I had to buy it! It was actually the last one so it was obviously meant for me! This is a necklace for days or nights, either in England or on holiday to wear with a plain dress or outfit. This is more of a dressy necklace with the gems but I wore it to work the other day with a baggy white beach dress. Head down to your local Primark to pick up your £3 bargain of the month!

Hope everyone is enjoying this weather!

Summer love....

This summer I'm completely obsessed with dresses. After working out 3-5 times a week I'm feeling ok about my body and getting my legs out. Here are a few of my favs

1: dress from H&M sale £4, coin necklace H&M £3, leggings H&M £5.99 and sliders H&M £12.99 (can you tell I enjoy using my staff discount?)

2: Pink Warehouse dress £20 sale, cream kimono from H&M £9.99, necklace £5.99 from New Look.

3: Dress from Warehouse £12 sale, necklace £4 from Primark and sandals £8 from Primark.

4: Dress from Missguided, £19.99 and sandals £8 from Primark.

I've never really shopped at Warehouse however I had a £75 giftcard for House of Fraser so these dresses had to happen. They are lovely quality and perfect for the summer. The pink dress is made from a thicker material making it a suitable winter party dress.

H&M is my favourite shop ever. They have the best sales with genuine decent clothes and accessories rather than tacky pieces. I also get 25% off every purchase so it makes my life better :) I think H&M have a real mixture of clothing, there's something for everyone and all members of the family.

Hope you have a good week!

I am totally in love with this pink leather jacket. River Island are doing a similar jacket for £120 however this beauty was £30 from Matalan! The quality is amazing and fits perfectly. Leather jacket's can be styled up for the night with a cute dress and heels or kept casual for daytime with a jumpsuit and sandals. I think it's so versatile and the colour is so perfect for this beautiful weather we are having now!

I've actually been purchasing quite a few items from Matalan recently as I now live 2 minutes drive away from one and I get 10% student discount (if you have a Matalan card). This jacket has actually sold out online however I saw a few in my local store just the other day so I'd check out your local store.

This jacket will definitely be styled within the next few weeks on my blog and on instagram so be sure to keep an eye out.

Hope you all have a good weekend, I'm going to the seaside tomorrow wearing my new Missguided dress! Photos to follow....
